Product Introduction:
Pilot-scale High-shear Dispersing and Emulsifying Machine is equipped with an original German motor, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. It is compact and convenient, and can be operated manually. By matching different working heads, it can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersing and homogenizing of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenizing of animal and plant tissues.
It can reach a rotational speed of up to 28,000 rpm and operate continuously for up to 4 hours. There are over 20 types of working heads available, and it supports vacuum operation, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
